The second season of Glory Daze with Johnny Manziel has been launched by Almost Friday Media.
Weekly episodes, hosted by former NFL quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel, feature conversations with athletes and public figures reflecting on iconic sports moments and personal challenges.
“It’s about those pure sports moments that made everyone, myself included, fall in love with the game,” said Johnny. “AFM understands that vision and has given me the creative freedom to have the conversations that I think fans are really resonating with.”
Season one included appearances from Matt Leinart, LeSean McCoy, Michael Vick, Greg Oden and Vince Young, with Manziel offering a laid-back but honest space for stories about glory, pressure and personal growth.
The new season guests include Las Vegas Raiders’ Maxx Crosby, former Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, comedian Tom Segura, and former NFL star Shawne Merriman.
Jacob Selzer, EVP of Content & Strategy at Almost Friday Media, said: “Johnny is the perfect embodiment of the Almost Friday spirit – someone who can speak to the highs of the glory days while authentically destigmatising challenging conversations around mental health.”
New episodes of Glory Daze are available on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other platforms.
