Multi-award-winning chef and restaurateur, Tommy Banks is launching the second series of the hit podcast Seasoned.
The immersive food podcast gives listeners access to the farm and kitchens of his acclaimed restaurant The Black Swan at Oldstead.
Tommy is revered for his farm-to-fork approach and walks the walk of sustainable food, with seasonal menus that use ingredients sourced from his own family farm and local suppliers.
There are insights into just how The Black Swan’s summer menu is created, with Tommy sharing his expertise on a range of topics, including the art of the perfect BBQ, the charm of cricket teas and the adventure of foraging.
With summer underway in North Yorkshire, home to Tommy’s restaurant, there are tips on recreating seasonal magic at home and plenty of discussions with passionate food suppliers and celebrity guests alike.
The first episode of the second series of Seasoned will be available on all streaming platforms from Wednesday 21 of June, with further episodes released weekly with a unique recipe by Tommy Banks.
