A brand-new series 30 & Thriving, a Forbes under 30 inspired podcast aiming to motivate a new generation of entrepreneurs, has now launched.
Hosted by Emerald Hospitality’s Co-Founder Alberto Zandi, a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honouree, who will be in conversation with the most influential young entrepreneurs of our time.
Success is often portrayed as being almost unachievable, requiring a combination of bottomless wealth, influential connections, just the right experience, and a lot of luck. The podcast will set out to dispel this myth to show the human face of success by exploring the real stories behind the guests.
Emerald Hospitality Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies according to The Sunday Times. After building a successful company employing over 300 people, Zandi realised there was a need for authentic narratives showcasing the real journeys of entrepreneurship.
“People have a tendency to view successful entrepreneurs almost as mythical creatures, or lucky ones who took a shortcut to success. But the truth is that we’re very much human, and the road to success is never a simple, constant linear journey,” Zandi says.
Each 30 & Thriving episode will feature exclusive conversations with Forbes 30 Under 30 members, looking back at their journeys through challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned.
Listeners will gain insights into the entrepreneurial mindset, the behind-the-scenes struggles, and the pivotal moments that defined these young leaders’ paths to success.
Zandi adds: “Each of our guests had to overcome struggles, setbacks and even self-doubt. I can’t wait to delve into how every one of them found different ways to clear those hurdles and show the public the human side of entrepreneurship.
“To tell these stories is to educate and inspire others – any of our listeners may very well be the next one to make it to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.”
The first episode features e-commerce entrepreneur and founder of Stockly, Eliott Jabes. He shares his journey of building a $100 million empire from scratch, with a look into the innovative strategies that have made Stockly a gamechanger in the retail industry.
Future episodes will feature other Forbes 30 Under 30 honourees from a diverse range of industries including tech innovation, sustainable fashion, social justice, media, finance, and more.
30 & Thriving is available on all major podcast platforms. Updates on new episodes and exclusive content can also be found on the podcast’s official website.
