Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett return with series two of Dish

Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett OBE are back with the second series of their critically acclaimed weekly podcast, Dish.

The podcast, produced by Somethin’ Else and sponsored by Waitrose, will see the broadcaster and chef and restaurateur introducing celebrity guests to their table for food, drink, and unfiltered, hilarious chat.

In the first episode, launching 5 October, Nick and Angela welcome Rylan Clark, who talks about a bad fish experience, finding a snake, getting mugged by a fox, Eurovision 2023, Big Brother, Caroline Flack, and his iconic X Factor scene with Nicole Scherzinger.

Michelin star chef Angela makes and serves the dishes, shares tips, and recommends Waitrose recipes. Former Radio 1 DJ, Grimmy, who put his novice cooking skills to the test on The Great British Bake Off last year, sticks to serving the drinks and interviewing the special guests.

Future guests include British actor David Harewood, chef Yotam Ottolenghi, fellow cook Nadiya Hussain, American actor Stanley Tucci, comedian Russell Howard, musicians Frankie Bridge and Martin Kemp, author and podcaster Dolly Alderton and presenter Vernon Kay.

Nick says: “So excited to be back for another series of Dish! Getting to work alongside the legendary and hilarious Angela Hartnett has been a total joy. I can’t wait to get going on another series, this one promises Stanley Tucci so I am beside myself. See you in the kitchen.”

Angela adds: “Working with Nick on this has been hysterical, I spend the whole time laughing. What’s not to love about cooking, eating, drinking, and chatting with our dream dinner-party guests? I hope everyone enjoys it; as much as we did recording it.”

Waitrose Customer Director Martin George commented: “We’re thrilled Dish is back for a second season. The response to the first season has been incredible, and the line-up of guests for autumn and winter is outstanding – listeners are in for a lot more fun and foodie conversation hosted by Nick and Angela.”

Dish will be available from Wednesday 5 October on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and wherever you get your podcasts.
