Radio stations can now convert live broadcasts into on-demand podcasts automatically using a new AI platform from Ozen.fm.
PodcastBot.ai is designed for broadcasters looking to extend programming beyond live transmission, turning shows into digital assets that remain accessible and monetisable after airing.
This involves capturing live streams directly, processing them using AI, and publishing podcast-ready episodes within minutes.
The platform addresses a shift in listening habits, as more audiences move toward on-demand audio. Stations that do not retain and repurpose their output risk losing reach and revenue to digital-first competitors.
PodcastBot.ai focuses on ensuring that broadcast content becomes searchable, reusable, and available across multiple platforms.
It supports several languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian, allowing international broadcasters to scale podcast output without adding operational complexity.
Both full-length shows and shorter segments can be created, with tools that identify and extract interviews or key moments for standalone episodes.
Automation covers the full production process. This includes capturing audio, detecting intros and outros, removing music for rights compliance, optimising sound quality, and generating transcripts.
The system also identifies advertising markers, enabling broadcasters to replace or insert new sponsorships and activate programmatic revenue opportunities separate from traditional radio advertising.
The platform integrates with Ozen infrastructure as well as third-party streaming and hosting providers. Broadcasters can process both live feeds and archived material, building an expanding catalogue of on-demand content from existing programming.
