Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, will join Joe Marler Will See You Now for a special episode focused on mental health and resilience. .
The episode, being released to mark one year until Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, features Harry alongside former Invictus Games competitor and broadcaster JJ Chalmers, who sits down with Joe Marler and co-host Jake Bhardwaj.
The conversation moves between lighter moments and more serious topics, addressing trauma, coping mechanisms, identity and grief.
This collaboration highlights the shared values of resilience, recovery and mental fitness, with all participants emphasising the importance of honest conversation, humour and connection in supporting wellbeing.
The Invictus Games, which return to the UK in July 2027, help wounded, injured and sick veterans and service personnel recover and rebuild their identity. The mission of the Games, which Harry has long supported, extends well beyond sport.
JJ Chalmers, a former Royal Marine Commando and close friend of Harry, was seriously injured in Helmand in 2011.
He competed in the first Invictus Games in London 2014, winning gold in trike cycling as team captain and two bronze medals.
Joe Marler, known for his rugby career, has used his podcast to normalise conversations about mental health.
Alongside comedian Jake Bhardwaj, Joe explores difficult topics with warmth and humour. The show, despite its playful tone, addresses deep issues and has attracted over 9.5 million long form streams and 170 million social media views.
