Podcast network Realm has appointed four major figures from across the audio industry to its Board and Advisory team.
Sarah van Mosel, formerly SVP of Podcast Strategy at SiriusXM, has joined the Board of Directors. She is joined by new Board Advisors Colin Anderson, Jody Avirgan, and Laura Mignott, who each bring years of leadership experience in podcast production, strategy, and growth.
The new appointments are aimed at supporting Realmโs expansion across development, distribution, monetisation, and brand partnerships.
The company says it is investing more heavily in comedy and sports while continuing to grow its presence in wellness, family, and fandom content.

Molly Barton, Realmโs CEO and Co-Founder, said: โSarah, Colin, Jody, and Laura are all at the top of their game. They understand what it takes to grow an enduring multi-format podcast business creatively and commercially.โ

Consultant, Colin Anderson, a former executive at SiriusXM and Earwolf, said heโs excited to help Realm continue its transparent, hands-on approach with talent.
โIโm thrilled to join the Realm team and help continue to grow a network thatโs not only transparent with talent but genuinely rolls up its sleeves alongside hosts to build and monetise great shows,โ he said.
Jody Avirgan, who runs Roulette Productions and recently worked with Trevor Noah on What Now?, said Realm โkeeps rising up the chartsโ among leading audio companies.
Laura Mignott, CEO of You Are Home, described Realm as a company โelevating unique voicesโ and said sheโs eager to support its growth into immersive brand storytelling.
