Soccer AM stars Tim Lovejoy and Helen Chamberlain reunite for new podcast

Soccer A-Z is a brand-new podcast series hosted by Tim Lovejoy and Helen Chamberlain.

Tim and Helen were the original hosts of Soccer AM for over a decade. With a hilarious team of sidekicks, the pair were a part of what many consider to be a golden era in sports broadcasting.

Now Helen and Tim have reunited to bring back the trademark chemistry, humour and footy chat their fans know and love for this new podcast.

Each week, Soccer A-Z will be led by nothing other than the alphabet, as episodes tackle a variety of football-related challenges and triumphs, as decided by the letter of the week. This is more than a podcast talking about the clubs, the players and the money, it will have the fans in mind too.

There will also be plenty of familiar faces to break down the latest happenings in the football world and a weekly quiz as well.

Tim Lovejoy says: “Helen, the crew and I spent over a decade sharing laughs and unforgettable moments on Soccer AM, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy and passion for football to our new podcast, Soccer A-Z.

“This will be a journey through the history and heart of the game, featuring plenty of familiar faces along the way. Starting September 4th, the gang is back, and we’re excited to bring the spirit of Soccer AM to a whole new platform.”

Helen Chamberlain adds: “I’m REALLY looking forward to reminding Tim of all the absolute nonsense he thought up, and made us do during the Soccer AM days, as I’m sure he’s forgotten most of it – luckily, the rest of us haven’t.

“We all have endless stories about putting that show together, and it’s going to be so good to catch up with some of the old crew and hear their best memories from both behind the scenes and in front of camera.”

Soccer A-Z will be available on all podcast platforms from Wednesday 4 September.
