Ways to Feel More Human is a new podcast from Susannah Taylor about how to thrive in the modern world and how we can get back to what we as humans do best.

Speaking about her new podcast, Susannah says: “The wellbeing world is booming we are not getting any more well. From all the statistics that land in my inbox daily and when I speak to the experts, the opposite is actually happening.
“Obesity, loneliness, anxiety and depression are at an all-time high and escalating fast and it is clear to me that we have deviated off our human path.
“In a world dominated by tech and AI, Ways to Feel More Human is about getting back to what our bodies and minds do best. In this podcast I will be discussing how we can thrive in this frazzled world through creativity, our lifestyle, spirituality, selfcare and nature.
