A new podcast is focusing on how architecture and design firms build visibility and win work.
UpSpring has launched Play with Matches, a series aimed at professionals across architecture, interior design, and product manufacturing, exploring how businesses in the built environment develop their profile and compete for projects.
The podcast is hosted by Tiffany Rafii, Chief Executive Officer at UpSpring, and features conversations with architects, designers, marketers and industry leaders discussing strategies behind brand building and business growth.
Tiffany said: “Play with Matches is about celebrating the leaders and bold thinking behind that transformation – the creative strategies, the risks that paid off, and the ideas inspiring the next generation of architecture, design, and building product brands to dream bigger.”
The first season has now launched and consists of seven weekly episodes, created in collaboration with the SURROUND Podcast Network, which focuses on design-led audio content.
Guests in the opening run include Pallavi Dean from Roar, Bruce Redman Becker of Becker + Becker, Avi Rajagopal from Metropolis, and Adaeze Cadet from HOK Los Angeles.
Also featured are Natalie Hartkopf from Hightower, Kristi Bender and Wendy Schwartz of Cuff Studio, and Amie Shao from MASS Group.
The series looks at how firms position themselves in a competitive market, covering topics such as thought leadership, media presence, adapting to industry changes, and building recognition among clients and specifiers.
Play with Matches is available now through major podcast platforms, with new episodes released each week.
