Amplify Her® Foundation has launched a new podcast series, If She Can Make It Here, celebrating the women driving change and innovation across New York City.
The show will give a voice to female leaders who are breaking barriers, redefining success, and advancing gender equity through bold ideas and collective action.
Hosted by Amplify Her® Foundation Founder and Executive Director Marti Speranza Wong, alongside Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives Maia Molina-Schaefer, the podcast brings together some of the city’s most influential changemakers.
Guests include Ai-jen Poo, Co-Founder of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and Caring Across Generations, and Reshma Saujani, Founder and CEO of Mom’s First, who will share insights on leadership, advocacy, and systemic transformation.
“New York City’s women are bold and ambitious, they’re building pathways, shifting narratives and transforming systems to advance gender equity,” said Marti Speranza Wong. “If She Can Make It Here will celebrate their efforts and inspire listeners to take action in their own communities.”
The first season features 12 episodes exploring the intersection of mentorship, innovation, and community leadership.
Each episode highlights how women across the city are creating meaningful change through education, entrepreneurship, and advocacy.
The podcast will also spotlight the work of local non-profit leaders tackling key issues affecting women and girls, from access to STEM opportunities to economic empowerment.
Produced in partnership with Pinwheel by Audily, the first episode is available now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major listening platforms.
