CBeebies Parenting Helpline podcast returns for fourth series

Holly Hagan-Blyth and BBC Radio 1 presenter Charlie Hedges have returned for the fourth series of the CBeebies Parenting Helpline podcast.

The new series will see Holly and Charlie speaking with familiar faces and experts to help parents navigate real-life challenges such as parenting with grief, queer parenting, baby feeding, and regaining body confidence.

This series features in-depth conversations with well-known guests, including Kelsey Parker, comedians Hannah East and Louise Boyce, content creator mums Caitlin Bridget and Leah Joseph, and author Anna Whitehouse.

Each episode will also answer listener questions and feature celebrity parents including Ferne McCann, Ollie Locke, and Scarlett Moffatt.

Topics range from the emotional challenges of parenthood to practical tips for fostering imaginative play with children. Holly and Charlie continue to provide a supportive, judgement-free space for parents to feel seen, heard, and understood.

Charlie Hedges said: “This is our most vulnerable season yet as we take on a range of topics that really cover the highs and lows of parenting. Discussing grief, same-sex parenting, and reigniting imagination with kids, this series will connect with every parent out there.”

Holly Hagan-Blyth added: “We hope our listeners will take away valuable advice and tips to feel supported and know they aren’t in this alone.”

The Parenting Helpline podcast is available weekly from today, Thursday 2 April on BBC Sounds and all major platforms. Visualised episodes can be watched on BBC iPlayer.
