Independent podcast creators now have the chance to elevate their work through a new partnership between Mercury podcast network and The Studio at Baha Mar.
Mercury is looking for established independent creators who are looking to grow their shows and reach wider audiences.
To mark Indie Pod Day, Mercury and Baha Mar are offering one creator a three-night residency in the Bahamas, including access to a state-of-the-art recording studio.
The selected creator will stay in a one-bedroom suite at The Reserve at Baha Mar, receive a nightly food and beverage credit, and enjoy a curated experience that includes a wildlife activity, a cabana day, and a four-hour recording session with a technician in The Studio.
Liam Heffernan, founder and CEO of Mercury, said: “When we launched Mercury, it was about levelling the playing field, and giving independent creators the rockstar treatment.
“To be partnering with Baha Mar and giving the next best indie creator this life-changing opportunity is something quite extraordinary, and something they will never forget.”
The Studio at Baha Mar is designed for podcast production and live audience events, providing an immersive environment for creators to focus on culture, conversation, and creative expression.
The Reserve at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar offers a private experience with personalised services, VIP arrival, and exclusive lounge access, catering to those who value privacy and convenience.
Applications for Mercury’s next show and the residency are open from today, 4 July, until midday BST on 25 July.
Mercury is especially interested in creators with established shows but room to grow; particularly those with a demonstrable social following.
