A-Maze-Ing Careers shares stories of people who have successfully navigated their own personal career mazes to make big shifts.

For many people, a career is a not a linear path, but full of twists and turns, and often the end (that ideal career) is not in sight.

People accidentally start in one career and find themselves still in it after many years without having chosen it. However, some people recognise when they’re in that situation, so take steps to make changes.

Now in its third series, each episode of A-Maze-Ing Careers features journeys such as changing from being a pastry chef to a HR Manager or moving from being a doctor to working in product development for a technology company.

These changes sometimes involve moving countries, such as the psychiatric nurse in Malta who moved to London and worked as an insurance broker for one of the world’s largest insurance companies.

Throughout the stories there are some common themes that people can use to navigate their own career mazes.

A-Maze-Ing Careers launched in 2022 and has featured more than 20 career transformation stories so far and continues to share experiences while always looking for more guests.
