Arts Educators Save The World podcast welcomes first culinary guest

Arts Educators Save The World is a weekly podcast that brings successful artists together in conversation with their mentors.

Hosted by actor, author and professor Erica Halverson, the podcast reveals how arts education can enrich lives and transform the world. Previous guests include the likes of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Cecily Strong and Bradley Whitford.

The latest episode features Chef Valentine Howell Jr, who is set to compete in this season of Bravo’s US cooking show, Top Chef.

Chef Valentine is the podcast’s first guest from the culinary art and also the first guest to take along his mum, Stephanie Joacine, at whose side Val first came to know and love the art and science of food.

Also joining this episode is guest co-host Lindsay Christians, a full-time food editor and arts writer at The Capital Times in Madison, Wisconsin.
