Billy Corgan from Smashing Pumpkins is launching a new podcast where he interviews famous artists, entrepreneurs, scientists and visionary leaders.
The Magnificent Others, which was originally announced last March, will feature the likes of KISS legend Gene Simmons, Corey Feldman, Sam Moore of Sam & Dave, Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora, Carnie Wilson from Wilson Phillips, Tom Morello, Pat Benatar and Neil Geraldo.
The in-depth conversations are all all captured on camera as Billy and his guests discuss success, exploring the triumphs, challenges, and pivotal moments that shaped their journeys and defined their paths.
Corgan says: “The Magnificent Others is a long form show where we explore with great artists musicians, anybody I truly admire and take you into their inner story about how they got to be so great.
“Look, we’ve all heard great interviews from great artists, we hear the war stories, we are here to figure out what made them great and what keeps them great.
“We want to hear fresh stories, we want to hear fresh perspectives, we want to understand the times from their individuated perspectives, join me on The Magnificent Others, a very curious and one-of-a-kind exploration of these great minds.”
From Bill Maher’s Club Random Studios, weekly episodes of The Magnificent Others with Billy Corgan are around 90 minutes long, with the first available tomorrow, Wednesday 5 February on all podcasts platforms or it can be watched on YouTube.
