Two-time Sunday Times bestselling author Candice Brathwaite has launched a new podcast centred on personal reflection and lived experience.
Conversations with Candice will move beyond surface-level success stories, focusing instead on identity, ambition and the realities behind building a meaningful life and career.
The show creates space for longer, more thoughtful discussions, with each episode encouraging listeners to reflect on their own development and the decisions that shape their lives.
Candice said the podcast is designed to prioritise honesty over perfection, offering conversations that feel grounded in real experiences rather than expert analysis or instruction.
She said: “Welcome to Conversations with Candice, where the chat is less about me and more about you. This is a space for honesty, for the things we don’t always say out loud.”
The series explores themes including confidence, creativity, reinvention, relationships and motherhood, with a focus on how these areas cross over time.
Candice also makes clear the podcast is not positioned as expert advice, instead drawing on personal insight and emotional understanding.
“I’m not a therapist,” she says. “I don’t have a PhD in what we’re discussing, but I do have emotional experience and intelligence in what we’re discussing now.”
The podcast forms part of Candice’s wider work across media and publishing, where she is known for discussing identity, culture and personal growth.
Conversations with Candice is available on YouTube and podcast platforms.
