Emerald Hospitality Group co-founder Alberto Zandi launches podcast

Alberto Zandi, the co-founder of Emerald Hospitality Group, is launching a new podcast called 30 & Thriving.

The aim of the podcast is to inspire and provide insight into the world of business for the next generation of young entrepreneurs. It was inspired by Alberto’s inclusion in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2023, which recognises young founders, leaders, and entrepreneurs changing the world.

Each episode features entrepreneurs listed on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. Alberto talks to them about their business journey, discussing any obstacles they have had to overcome along the way, and getting insight into their success.

Alberto moved to London as a teenager to study and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business and he holds two master’s degrees in computer science from UCL. He began working in the financial sector, then took up consulting before moving into the hospitality sector where in 2018 he co-founded Emerald Hospitality Group with his twin brother.

The group has emerged as a leading player in London’s hospitality scene, overseeing multiple brands, boasting a workforce of over 300 employees, and generating eight-figure revenues.

Guests on the podcast include Rebecca Ajulu-Bushell, CEO of the 10,000 Interns Foundation. The foundation offers paid internships to black students and graduates. Rebecca, the first black woman to swim for Team Great Britain, was recently named one of Time’s 100 most influential people.

Jordan Schwarzenberger, co-founder of Arcade Media, a premier management firm for content creators. Notable clients include KSI, a member of THE SIDEMEN.

Marine Tanguy, founder of MTArt Agency and author. Marine’s company is a global leader in the art industry, providing growth opportunities for emerging artists.

Alisha Fredriksson, co-founder & CEO of Seabound. This young entrepreneur aims to make a tangible impact on the world. Through her company, Alisha has patented technology capable of capturing 95% of CO2 emissions from cargo ships, which account for 5% of global CO2 emissions.

30 & Thriving will be available on Spotify, Apple Podcast, Amazon Music, and Youtube from this May.
