Finding What Works, the podcast featuring experts and those with experience around topics in mental health, from Happiful, has launched a second series.
Host Katherine Nicholls explored a range of topics in the first series, with conversations about friendships, eating disorders, resilience and more.
Each conversational episode was followed by an ‘exhale’ episode, giving practical advice, guidance and thoughts on the topics.
The second series of 10 epsodes will follow the same format, covering topics such as fear, processing emotion, food and mood, coping with trauma and empowerment.
Katherine Nicholls says: “For this season of the podcast we’re delving into topics many will relate to, from feeling stuck in fear to unlocking the power of self-belief.
“As usual, we explore subjects through the lens of both professionals and those with lived experience for a well-rounded and nuanced look at what can work.
