In Ten Years Time podcast announces third series following awards win

Tricia Duffy has announced the third series of her podcast In Ten Years Time: How to live a creative life.

This follows the podcast being awarded Best Arts & Design Podcast at the 2024 Women In Podcasting Awards this October.

In Ten Years Time aims to inspire everyone to find a creative balance that’s right for them. Primarily for audiences over 40, but inspiring for all ages, its philosophy combines long-term thinking, via the power-of-ten, with small daily steps to for a more satisfying life.

Tricia Duffy said: “The response to the first two series’ of In Ten Years Time has been overwhelming. It has been a privilege to support people in finding or amplifying their creative selves using the In Ten Years Time philosophy – the combination of long-term thinking with small daily steps.

“The third series builds on the previous episodes, with an overarching theme of Amplifying. Tackling topics including reframing rejection, sleep and napping as a creative act, using research techniques to underpin our creative projects and the benefits of combining multiple disciplines to help us amplify our art and creativity.

“I am honoured to be interviewing songwriter and genre queer artist Satch for the last episode.”

Alongside the podcast, Tricia sends a fortnightly newsletter with creativity tips and recommendations.

She has created free resources and tools to help anyone looking to find their own creative balance, which includes a Ten-Year Plan Template to help with creating a long-term vision.

All resources are available free to download on the In Ten Years Time website, along with links to the podcast, which is available on all podcast platforms. The third series will be available from 9 January 2025.
