OpenMind has launched Health Hacks, a new original video podcast with PAVE Studios.
Hosted by fifteen-time New York Times best-selling author Mark Hyman MD, each episode will explore the art of living well as the leading Systems Medicine expert shares his perspectives on the latest health trends and their impact on our well-being.
The podcast will feature science-backed facts, break down myths and misinformation, and provide the tools to help live a longer, healthier life.
“From uncovering why you feel so tired all the time to how your diet impacts your mental health, I’m excited to delve into the latest health topics in-depth each week on Health Hacks,” said Mark Hyman, MD. “By sharing evidence-based insights and simple, practical tools, my goal is to make it easier than ever for listeners to embark on a path towards vitality and well-being.”
OpenMind has also launched OpenMind+, a new subscription available on Apple Podcasts offering ad-free versions of all OpenMind shows including Health Hacks.
In addition, OpenMind+ will feature a new exclusive weekly series, Mini Meditations. These quick, guided meditations are designed to assist relaxation and to find peace in a busy life. The series will also explore a variety of techniques to promote stress relief and mental wellness — from breath counting, to mindfulness, to calm visualisations.
Max Cutler, Founder of PAVE Studios said: “We’re dedicated to building more than just a studio — we want to make OpenMind a vibrant and dynamic global community where individuals can explore, learn, and connect with a diverse range of purpose-driven creators and experts.
“This is the first step as we move towards offering an array of content to audiences, from original series to live experiences and beyond. Our vision is to create a multidimensional brand where wellness thrives, and individuals are inspired and empowered to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.”
