A new podcast series dedicated to telling the stories of influential women in sport, media and beyond has launched today.
The Powerhouse Podcast is hosted by twin sisters Mollie and Rosie Kmita, who are Forbes 30 Under 30 alumni and former professional footballers.
Across the series there will be open conversations with some of the world’s most inspiring female leaders. Guests will share defining moments, challenges and insights from their careers in a series that aims to empower and amplify women’s voices.
The sisters, who have played, coached, broadcast and built a grassroots movement through their Powerhouse Project, are using their platform to grow a community that supports women and girls in sport.
What began as a local initiative has become a global force, with the new podcast extending its mission to a wider audience.
Among the guest line-up are England and Barcelona star Lucy Bronze, fresh from winning the 2025 domestic treble, and former Lioness turned broadcaster Eni Aluko MBE. The first episode sees Mollie and Rosie reflect on their own story, from the pitch to launching a female-led movement.
“The Powerhouse Podcast is about growing this unstoppable community of women, learning from them, celebrating them, and inspiring others wherever they are,” said Mollie and Rosie. “Our responsibility isn’t just to create powerful women in the industry, but to amplify their voices.”
Creative and production support has come from Ridley Scott’s RSA, alongside audio and podcast specialists Bark Soho.
Madelaine Isaac from RSA added: “We wanted to help them create a space to tell inspirational stories that embody female empowerment and inspire the next generation.”
The Powerhouse Podcast is available now on Spotify and YouTube.
