Future Tense is a new six-part comedy podcast hosted by Richard Ayoade and Warwick Davis, available exclusively from Audible.
The series pairs Ayoade’s dry scepticism with Davis’s upbeat outlook as they explore questions about the future from the quirky confines of the fictional ‘Future Tense lab’ beneath Audible HQ.
Topics range from the challenges of living to 150 to whether progress peaked with the invention of the penny-farthing.
Their conversations mix comedy with insight, aided by science-writer and performer Helen Keen and a line-up of expert guests. Together, they explore what kind of future might really be ahead, however unexpected or unwanted it may be.
