A new royal-focused podcast will extend the Piers Morgan Uncensored brand with weekly analysis and commentary.
The Royals Uncensored launches on 30 April as a weekly podcast and YouTube show, focusing on developments within the British monarchy and offering insight from journalists and contributors with direct experience of royal reporting.
Hosted by Katie Nicholl and Jo Elvin, the series builds on the existing Uncensored format with a dedicated focus on royal coverage, including discussion of current events, commentary and debate.
Katie Nicholl is a royal correspondent for Vanity Fair and a regular contributor to US and UK broadcasters, with several books on the monarchy to her name. Jo Elvin is a former magazine editor who previously hosted a competing royal-focused programme.
Katie said: “I am thrilled to be part of The Royals Uncensored, a show that will take you beyond Palace press releases and to the heart of the biggest royal stories of the day.”
Jo said the programme would deliver “insightful, topical and, naturally, uncensored royal news and views.”
The show will also feature regular contributions from Grant Harrold, who previously worked as a butler for King Charles III, alongside a wider group of commentators and guests.
Piers Morgan will make recurring appearances, adding commentary and analysis linked to stories covered on the main Uncensored programme.
Piers said: “Harnessing the in-house expertise of our team and building on the rapid growth of PMU, Royals Uncensored is the latest step in the evolution of the Uncensored brand.
“Katie and Jo are the perfect duo to wade into royal waters, as they have an unparalleled journalistic pedigree, fantastic insider knowledge and authenticity which I’m sure will appeal to royal watchers on both sides of the Atlantic.”
