Broadcaster Sara Cox and her best friend of over 30 years, Clare Hamilton are launching a brand-new podcast, The Teen Commandments.
Sara and Clare survived their chaotic teenage years together and now with five teens between them, swap outrageous teen tales and join forces in an attempt to lay down the ultimate ‘Teen Commandments’.
Armed with laughs, survival tactics, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from being former rule-breakers themselves, they discuss the part comedy, part survival guide, and all the chaos of raising teens.
Each week, they’ll reminisce and commiserate as they attempt to write the unwritten commandments of teenagedom – from ‘Thou Shall Leave Wet Towels on the Floor’ to the universally observed ‘Thou Shall Constantly Wear Headphones’.
They compare notes, swap parenting fails, and try to understand the ever-changing teen universe, no topic is off-limits. First parties, first jobs, puberty, periods, w*nking, and every eye-roll-filled moment in between!
As they navigate their own kids’ antics, they’ll also be haunted by echoes of their own ‘idiotic’ teenage behaviour, watching history repeat itself in real time.
The Teen Commandments will be available from Monday 10 February on all major podcast platforms.
