Speaking on the series, host Nick Haley says: “I created this series to shed light on the extraordinary journeys of veteran entrepreneurs. Their stories of overcoming challenges and achieving success are not just inspiring but showcase the indomitable spirit that defines the transition from military service to entrepreneurship.”
Nick’s military career began when he joined the Irish Guards at 17, then to the Royal Signals, where he became a Communications Systems Engineer. His military career culminated in an operational tour of Afghanistan in 2007.
When he approached 30 and faced the pivotal question of what to do next, he knew there was life beyond the military and went on to start an impressive career in business.
Nick shares his journey in the podcast, emphasising a crucial lesson – the skills and experiences acquired in the military seamlessly translate into entrepreneurship and the corporate world.
