To mark LGBTQ+ news podcast, PRIDE Daily’s first birthday, it is to run a series of special content across the week.
PRIDE Daily is the world’s only daily LGBTQ+ news podcast and will be celebrating its first anniversary on 16 October.
The two-minute daily update is produced and presented by former BBC Radio 5 Live broadcaster Kev McGrath.
Next week’s first birthday special episodes will be LGBTQ+ Firsts including: The first country to legally recognise same-sex unions, The first out transgender football manager and The first bisexual superhero in the Marvel Comic Universe.
This comes ahead of a full week of PRIDE Daily specials on LGBTQ+ firsts in early December.
