The BRITs podcast returns for third season with first guest Roman Kemp

The Red Carpet Treatment, the official podcast for The BRIT Awards with Mastercard, is back for a third series with Roman Kemp as the first guest.

The series is hosted by musician, actor and presenter, Jordan Stephens. Broadcaster and TV presenter Roman talks to Jordan about embracing being a “nepo baby”, leaving The Capital Breakfast Show and the famous ‘shoey’ with Kylie Minogue at this year’s BRIT awards.

He also delves into the topic of mental health and shares his experience of losing his best friend Joe Lyons.

The pair talk about interview experiences with the likes of David Attenborough, Denzel Washington, Emma Thompson and Will Smith along with the infamous Will Smith slap and a BRITs after party with Kendall Jenner.

Roman speaks about his famous dad Martin Kemp and explains how he’d now like to spend his future mornings coaching football.

Each episode of the podcast is recorded against a backdrop of BRITs statues and sees Jordan welcoming guests from the world of music and entertainment. They open up about their own BRITs experiences, all things music, and what it’s like to have a career in the spotlight.
