UK’s most popular independent football podcast announces live show

Football Ramble: Time Tunnel is a new live show from the podcast, Football Ramble, at The London Palladium on Friday 20 September.

With over one million monthly downloads, Football Ramble, produced by Stak, is the UK’s biggest independent football podcast, keeping fans updated with all the big stories from the Premier League and beyond since 2007.

The new live show comes five years after the podcast’s sold-out shows at Hackney Empire and O2 Shepherds Bush.

For one night only the entire Ramble gang will join forces onstage to track the funniest, most shocking and outrageous football moments from the last 17 years of Football Ramble.

From broadcaster Marcus Speller, comedian Jim Campbell, European football expert Andy Brassell and Premier League expert Vithushan Ehantharajah to Stak’s COO Luke Moore and Creative Director Pete Donaldson, it will be an evening for all UK football fans to “time tunnel” their favourite memories from across the podcast series.

Luke Moore says: “The guys and I are so excited to be back on the stage after five years away, and at such an iconic venue! We have huge plans for the night, including some fantastic surprises and perhaps a special guest or two as well.

“Time Tunnel is going to be the antithesis of a usual live podcast recording you’d see anywhere else. Where other live podcast shows have analysis and laptops, we’re planning song and dance numbers, a bit of old-fashioned glitz and glamour and plenty of laughs. See you there!”

Marcus Speller says: “Doing a Ramble live show gives me a feeling I can’t quite explain, it’s an England win at a major tournament, it’s seeing your team win the league, it’s unbridled joy.

“We can’t wait to step onto the stage at the famous London Palladium and reconnect with our amazing audience. Friday night at the Palladium, you say? Let’s get that weekend opened properly and get the good times rolling again!”

Football Ramble: Time Tunnel general sale tickets will be available from Friday 26 April at 10am via here.

Patreon subscribers have early access to tickets from Wednesday 24 April.
