Nominations have opened for the 2026 Women Podcasters Awards, recognising excellence, innovation and audience impact across podcasting and broadcasting created by women.
The awards, which invite entries from creators worldwide, will accept nominations from 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026.
Organisers say the model encourages entrants to activate their listeners, deepen loyalty and widen reach, providing an opportunity for shows of all sizes to benefit from authentic audience backing while highlighting the growth in women-led podcasting this year.
The event’s first year saw more than four hundred nominees and over fifteen thousand public votes, signalling strong enthusiasm among audiences and creators and underlining the continued expansion of women’s voices in podcasting, which the awards are designed to support and showcase.
There’s an Early Bird nomination rate available until 1 January 2026, with organisers deliberately keeping the cost low to reduce financial barriers and to encourage broad participation across the sector.
Jennifer Henczel, Founder of the Women Podcasters Awards, said: “We intentionally keep the nomination pricing low so more women can participate without worrying about the financial barriers that often come with awards competitions.
“Our goal is to make recognition accessible and to ensure every creator has the opportunity to gain visibility and rally their audience.”
