How Do You Cope? returns with expanded video episodes alongside its latest run of interviews exploring personal challenges.
The podcast is back for its sixth series, bringing a new line-up of guests and, for the first time, full visual episodes on YouTube alongside its usual audio release.
Hosted by comedian and broadcaster John Robins, the new series opens with author and presenter Richard Osman, who discusses challenges from his own life in a long-form conversation shaped by the show’s central question.
The latest series also features musician and actor Kate Nash reflecting on her career, poet Scout Tzofiya Bolton speaking about experiences of alcoholism and psychosis that led to a prison sentence, and Esther Ghey sharing the impact of losing her daughter Brianna in a trans hate crime.
Further guests include comedian Suzy Ruffell, politician and podcaster Anthony Scaramucci, and former Royal Marine and television presenter Jason Fox.
Since launching, the podcast has developed a loyal audience and received industry recognition, including Best Podcast at the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards. Each episode focuses on a single question, creating space for detailed and often emotional discussions.
John Robins said: “I have always sought to give my guests time and space to speak about their experiences in ways not possible in other mediums, and it’s a great privilege to be afforded this time with them.
“Often these experiences are unimaginable to us, but within the stories of those who have gone through them are lessons that can help us all, and emotional journeys that have resonance with our own lives. I am grateful.”
The addition of a YouTube version is to bring audiences closer to each conversation, capturing more detail in how stories are shared while keeping the same format across podcast platforms.
