The second series of the BBC Radio 5 Live podcast, the Big Green Money Show hosted by Deborah Meaden, launches today on BBC sounds.
Joined by Wake Up To Money’s Felicity Hannah, Dragon’s Den’s Deborah will continue discussions with leaders from top companies about their efforts in tackling climate change, and the challenges involved. Deborah and Felicity will also put tough questions to organisations, including L’Oréal and BEKO, about their sacrifices in reducing environmental impact.
The first episode investigates the one year-old ‘right to repair’ law, after campaigners criticise it for not giving consumers enough power to fix their own products.
Deborah and Felicity will also speak to budget appliance maker BEKO about whether manufacturers really want customers repairing their own products, as well as a company that has over 100 million views for its DIY fixing videos.
The podcast also includes insights and tips on a range of topics, including Carbon Offsets, Retrofitting, Insulation and buying responsible products.
Episodes of The Big Green Money Show with Deborah Meaden will be released each Friday on BBC Sounds for 10 weeks from today.
