New series of 40 Minute Mentor has launched
Hosted by Linkedin’s Top Voice for Careers, and CEO James Mitra, the new series of 40 Minute Mentor has launched with former Paralympic champion Tanni Grey-Thompson as guest.
“In the whole of my career, I’ve lost more races than I’ve won. But people look at the medals,” says Tanni.

Tanni shares how the lifestyle changes she had to make as a high-performing athlete were a necessity to maintain the intensive training schedule.
When discussing the decision to retire and go into politics, Tanni says: “What I found at the end was peace. I’ve done enough, that it was alright, that I didn’t have to prove myself to me anymore. So actually, I really cherished going and doing something else. It was a lot of fun actually, to be able to recreate myself.”
