Nutrition podcast ZOE Science & Nutrition launches new bitesize episodes

Two months after its launch, the ZOE Science and Nutrition podcast has surpassed a million downloads and has frequently held the top spot on Apple’s Nutrition category in the UK and US.

Off the back of this success, they are now launching ZOE Shorts which will be ongoing supplementary episodes to help us make better food choices in 15 minutes or less.

Every second Thursday, Dr Sarah Berry, lead scientist on the ground-breaking PREDICT study and Associate Professor in Nutritional Sciences at King’s College London, joins ZOE CEO Jonathan Wolf to tackle hot topics from the world of nutrition science.

From saturated fats to vitamins to intermittent fasting, they look at what science and conventional wisdom have led us to believe over the years, and what the evidence suggests today. All of this is done in a fun, digestible format and in easy-to-understand terms.

ZOE Science & Nutrition has featured in the Telegraph, The Herald, The Great British Podcast Newsletter, Podbible and was recommended by Alexi Duggins in the Guardian’s best podcasts of the week.

Co-host Dr. Sarah Berry said: “It’s been a crazy journey from speaking to auditoriums of nutrition postgraduates to hundreds of thousands of the general public. But it’s incredible that so many people want to improve their nutrition. If you listen to this podcast, I promise you’ll finish knowing how to make better food choices, and I hope you’ll be entertained along the way!”
