PepsiCo launches new podcast Future Back Thinking
American multinational food, snack and beverage corporation PepsiCo is launching a new podcast Future Back Thinking.
Hosted by the company’s first Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Dr. Athina Kanioura, the 10-episode podcast taps into “Future Back Thinking,” a game-changing approach that many futurists and leaders have adopted to take their organisations and people into the future.
The process includes considering potential futures for a company by exploring trends and drivers for change that might lead to different future scenarios.
With an extensive background in transforming businesses with an emphasis on data and technology, Athina is responsible for PepsiCo’s end-to-end enterprise transformation.
Critical to achieving this, is enhancing the digital, automation and technology capabilities to position the company for the future.
Athina is a leading future back thinker and brings this unique mindset into the consumer-packaged space. Her eye for the future is behind each conversation with industry pioneer and disruptor guests including:
