Slo Mo podcast reaches hundreds of thousands of downloads with listeners in 89 countries

Slo Mo is a series of extraordinary conversations with everyday people hosted by international best selIing author of “Solve for Happy” and former Chief Business Officer of Google [X], Mo Gawdat.

The podcast explores the profound questions and obstacles we all face in the pursuit of purpose in our lives.

Mo struggled with depression after his son Ali sadly died and following this tragedy, Mo proposed an algorithm for happiness based on an understanding of how the brain takes in and processes joy and sadness.

His mission is to help one billion people become happier, a movement called One Billion Happy, as a tribute to his son – and his podcast is a big part of this mission.  

Guests of the show discuss their successes and failures to inspire, but their vulnerability in telling their stories may fundamentally change you.
