In next week’s episode of the Take Flight podcast host Mark Whittle talks to former UK Special Forces Soldier, Directing Staff (DS) from Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, and author of Battle Ready and Break Point, Ollie Ollerton.
Ollie was amongst the first former members of the UK Special Forces members to talk about his experiences in combat and turn them into a positive force for good.
In the episode, launching next Sunday 8 November, Ollie and Mark discuss what it takes to be in the special forces and how to develop a strong mindset and courage. They’ll also talk about new beginnings and how we can transition from roles and opportunities seamlessly.
In addition to this, Ollie will share his experience of creating the hugely successful TV series SAS: Who Dares Wins, which launched on Channel 4 in 2015, and aired its fifth season earlier this year, including a celebrity special. The programme brought the Special Forces into the public eye and was the first time viewers saw how mental strength and physical power could combine to incredible effect.
