BEEF with Bridget Todd returns after successful first season

BEEF, the non-fiction storytelling podcast where business wars meet pop culture history, is back for a new season.

Hosted by Bridget Todd, who also presents the popular There Are No Girls On The Internet podcast, BEEF takes a funny yet educational look a rivalries. It tells the stories of legends in their fields and how they tried to stomp out their competition only to find that their enemies become the driving force behind their success and end up changing the world as we know it.

Bridget is often cited as an expert, trainer, and speaker on combating disinformation and extremism online, calling for social media platform accountability, to create safer digital experiences for women and other marginalised people. She is Director of Communication for the gender-justice organization Ultraviolet.

In BEEF, Todd also looks at the hard truths about what happens to our identities when we take part in rivalry or other ongoing competition.

After the eight episodes of the first season last year reached 260K downloads, the second season will be 25 episodes.

Produced by Next Chapter Podcasts, season two of BEEF will be available weekly on all podcast platforms from today, 19 February.
