Crime House Daily podcast launches with twice-daily true crime updates

A new twice-daily true crime show, Crime House Daily, is being launched by Crime House, the true crime studio under PAVE Studios.

Available in both video and audio, the series will deliver morning and evening updates on the biggest cases, headline trials, and breaking developments.

Hosted by crime analyst and victim empowerment specialist Katie Ring, the show will give real-time coverage of stories shaping the true crime landscape.

Each morning, the First Watch edition provides a need-to-know briefing, while the evening Night Watch goes deeper into one major case, from the first 911 call to the final verdict.

Episodes are around 20 minutes each, with audio versions released on Spotify, Apple and Amazon Music, and video on YouTube.

PAVE Studios founder Max Cutler, who previously led exclusive content deals at Spotify, described the project as “one of the most ambitious true crime series in the space. We built it to move faster, go deeper, and tell premium, narrative-driven stories that tap into the cultural zeitgeist at scale.”

He added that the show is designed for both video and audio from day one, offering a seamless experience across platforms.

Cases covered will include high-profile investigations such as the Karen Read trial, the Idaho murders, and the Lori Vallow Daybell case, alongside lesser known but significant stories.

The studio also launched CrimeHouse24/7, a social feed offering live updates on TikTok and Instagram, which has already drawn over two million views in beta testing.

Katie Ring’s approach is designed to balance clarity and empathy, keeping the focus on victims and avoiding sensationalism. “She connects the dots, asks the questions you’re already thinking, and makes complex cases feel clear and compelling,” the studio explained.

The entire show is produced in-house by a full-time team of writers, editors, and producers in a custom-built studio in PAVE’s LA office.

Crime House Daily launches today, Monday 15 September.
